Samantha Spitzner is a long-time Norcross resident, with a deep interest in partnering with fellow community members to ensure transparent, sustainable progress in the city. An established event planner, Samantha will incorporate skills acquired during her 15+ year career in the events industry, her enthusiasm for community togetherness, and her love for Norcross into the role.

We can only have a truly community-led movement if citizens are given every opportunity to engage.

​Balancing development with the preservation of the historic charm and character of our community. We must be deliberate as we strive for progress, to ensure that we retain the characteristics that make Norcross such a special place. This should be done by maintaining existing historic architecture downtown, and ensuring that future developments honor the historic character of the area.
Safe, Connected Neighborhoods
Prioritizing public safety, walkability, and accessible green spaces for all. Examples include adequate street lighting, well-maintained sidewalks, and thoughtful design of public outdoor spaces. Improving the walkability along Buford Highway is crucial.
